Domestic Shipping

Our shipping options for shipping within the Finland or Poland are mentioned during check out. Business days are Monday through Friday only and do not include national holidays.

• Standard shipping with estimated delivery within 1-5 business days
• Fragile shipping with estimated delivery within 1-5 business days

Paid shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the size of your package size and order volume/price.

Delivery dates for ‘Standard’ and ‘Fragile’ shipping are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for the package once tracking shows that the package was shipped.
Once the package has shipped, parcel are subject of specific carrier delivery and we are not responsible for the delays caused by their service.

Orders refused at delivery and returned to us are not subject to having return shipping costs withheld once the package has been returned.

International Shipping

All international packages are shipped via specific carrier we have agreement with and the various options available are presented at checkout. Rates are based on destination, order volume/price and package size.

Delivery times for international packages vary greatly depending on the final destination and can take up to 3 weeks from the time it has shipped until it is delivered.

International orders outside EU may be a subject to duties/customs fees. We do NOT collect these fees at checkout and if applicable, they may be collected at time of delivery by respected authorities. Helsinki Art Studio is not responsible for these fees.
